1810 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 1810 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1810 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Access to the 1810 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 years or above;
- A citizen or lawful resident of Malaysia;
- Not on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by relevant authorities;
- Not currently experiencing serious gambling problems or enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.
1810 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to reject or suspend access to any account that fails to meet the above requirements, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1810 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Password Security & Login
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. 1810 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 1810 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to manipulate games or systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All deposits, withdrawals, and transactions on the 1810 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in your account. The platform accepts a range of local payment methods, including TNG e-Wallet, FPX, and major Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited shortly after confirmation is received from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. 1810 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, for security and compliance purposes. Processing times are subject to the platform's prevailing internal policies.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 1810 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be processable. 1810's decision on all transaction disputes is final, following a thorough investigation.
Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
1810 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraud or system manipulation, multiple account registrations, use of false information, breach of terms of use, or any activity that may harm the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited by 1810.
Platform Liability Limits
1810 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet connectivity, or factors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and 1810 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. Any financial decisions made by users based on information within the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1810 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1810 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 1810.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 1810 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers and game providers. 1810 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of any third party involved in their transactions.
Changes to These Terms
1810 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 1810 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the dispute resolution channels designated by management. Users agree to follow 1810's prescribed dispute resolution process as a first step before seeking any other remedy.
